Nancy Harris Rouemy is Principal at Go For It Design Ltd, a New York studio specializing in custom typography, book covers, packaging and branding. Previously, she served as an art director at The New York Times Magazine, winning over a hundred awards, including gold and silver medals from The Art Directors Club, Society of Publication Designers, and Best of News Design. She began her career at Esquire and broadened her magazine experience at Harper’s Bazaar. Nancy’s design work, as well as her reflections on typography, have been featured in books and publications in the U.S. and abroad. She lives in Riverdale, New York with her husband and three children, who give her even more joy than a swash or a ligature.
